After treatment, you will need to wait at least three hours before exercising, and you should not lie down or bend over for three to four hours. You will also need to avoid rubbing or massaging your face or applying any pressure to the area where you received Botox®.
How Long Do the Results of Botox® Last?

Botox® typically takes three to seven days to work, and final results are visible two to three weeks after treatment. The results of Botox® typically last three to four months, but some patients may see results that last six months.
