Kybella Rockwall

*Individual Results May Vary

Meet Kybella

Kybella is an FDA approved injectable treatment that is designed to reduce the number of fat cells under your chin. Kybella contains a substance called deoxycholic acid, which is a natural compound that eats away fat cells but leaves the other tissue unharmed. Any fat cells that are destroyed will be flushed out of the body through the body’s own natural processes. Since this treatment is non-invasive, there is no downtime involved and patients can return to their normal daily routines the day of their treatment.

A Kybella treatment takes roughly 30 minutes to perform. When you arrive for your appointment, the area will be cleansed in preparation for the treatment. The Kybella is then carefully injected and you may experience a slight warming sensation during this process. Kybella begins working right away, but results are usually seen in 3 to 4 weeks after your session. Some patients will need more than one treatment to achieve their desired results as individual results vary.

How Much Does Kybella Cost?

As with any procedure, there are three main factors that affect your total cost.

  1. Your provider’s fees.
  2. Your geographic location.
  3. The total number of treatments that you will need to provide the results you want.

Because Kybella treatments are elective cosmetic procedures, most health insurances will not cover these treatments, making the total cost the responsibility of the patient. However, many health care providers will offer payment options as well as occasional special pricing on their treatments. The only way to get an accurate estimate of the cost is to have an in-person consultation with your provider. Having said all of that, the average cost across the United States is $1200-1800 per Kybella treatment. (this is not a quote of your actual cost.)

The staff at Juvanew Medspa would love to sit down with you and create an individualized treatment plan, complete with an accurate assessment of your cost.
