Between Botox® and dermal fillers, the cosmetic industry has pioneered significant advancements in non-surgical cosmetics. At Juvanew Medspa, we offer high-quality products such as Juvederm® and the expertise of our nurse injectors to ensure the best results for your anti-aging treatment.
What is Juvederm®?
Juvederm® is a family of hyaluronic-based dermal fillers, with each product featuring different bonding and concentrations of hyaluronic acid. The dermal filler adds volume to the facial tissue by stimulating the production of connective tissue proteins called collagen. As we age, our production of collagen slows, causing a hollow appearance and skin laxity.
Juvederm’s® various types of products address different facial concerns. Depending on your cosmetic goals, our nurse injectors at Juvanew Medspa will customize your treatment to suit your needs.
How Long Does Juvederm® Take to Settle?
Juvederm® requires no downtime, but it may take up to two weeks to see your results. We recommend avoiding strenuous activities, sun exposure, wearing makeup, and drinking alcoholic beverages for 24 hours after your injections.
Depending on the type of Juvederm® product, your final results may vary. It may take a week or two for the dermal filler to settle.
What Types of Juvederm® Does Juvanew Offer?
At Juvanew Medspa, we offer a variety of Juvederm® products, including:
Juvederm® Ultra focuses on adding volume to the cheeks and lips to resolve age-related concerns or add fullness to thin lips. The results can last up to 18 months.
Juvederm® Voluma™ is primarily used for cheek augmentation or plumping hollowed eyes. This product encourages long-term collagen production, providing lift and contour for up to two years.
Juvederm® Volbella™ is a thinner concentration for younger patients facing early-onset aging symptoms. The product adds subtle volume to the lips and corrects vertical lip lines, and the results last for about a year. Volbella™ contains lidocaine to make the injections more comfortable.
Juvederm® Vollure™ is ideal for fine lines and wrinkles around the mouth and nose and also contains lidocaine for your comfort. The results typically last around 18 months.
How Much Do Juvederm® Injections Cost?
Depending on the provider’s experience, credentials, and location, Juvederm® can cost $500-$1200 per syringe. Your final price depends heavily on your personal goals, such as the areas of treatment, syringe size, number of syringes used for treatment, and any other treatments combined with Juvederm®.
Some patients add Botox® to their treatments to maximize the anti-aging effects. While insurance does not cover Juvederm® or Botox®, your treatment may be more affordable with various financing options and promotions.
